Lady Rowan is never seen without manicured nails, perfect posture, and her crimson red cloak. ‘A family heirloom,’ she says. ‘The finest Itascrian silk.’ Adept in the arts of embroidery, flower arranging, and polite smiles, it is no surprise that she was invited to the Palace.
