**About:** Cyo (//see-oh//) is a widely travelled, enterprising individual. Between their racoon-like Manifestations obscuring their ethnicity, eclectic collection of <del>trash</del> clothes and an accent that might generously be described as “international”, their origin is deeply unclear.

They are known by countless aliases across the lands, most notably, “who goes there?”, “what are you doing in my bins?” and “After them!”. Claims of criminal enterprise, tax evasion and sedition are all completely baseless. 

Does Cyo look a little out of place in this opulent palace, well yes, but it's terribly rude to say so, and didn’t anyone ever teach you any manners? They have an invitation just like everybody else, and you can even make out almost all the words despite the stains.
