First Map

Hello! I'm Giselle :D

Secretary Malorie says she got a bit lost when she first came here, so she said it would be nice for me to help our guests find their way! I guess most people don't find the Palace as easy to navigate as I do… except maybe Sir Pompilius??

Anyway, I drew you all a little map! :D I'm not super good at art, but I hope it's useful…

I've also written descriptions of some of the rooms you might come across in the next couple of days! They're all really really nice and I like exploring them :)

If you want a meal, this is where to go! A lovely table lined with food; sparkling chandeliers, and the perfect place to have discussions. There’s even a viewing gallery at the top! Hopefully you appreciate the food. :)

Anything you could need to cook is here, and plates so you can eat the food. Our quarters are near here, so please don’t make too much noise!

The servants' quarters are a quiet place to think to yourself! Not that you all are servants… maybe some of you are – I don’t know! Even some servants don’t really spend time here… Anyway, sometimes I sit here on one of the beds. There’s even tables to sit at too! :D

The Gardener works really hard to maintain our gardens; there’s even a fountain! The flower beds have the most beautiful roses.

You could even go into the maze again if you wanted! Just don’t get lost. The Gardener can only find so many people :(

If you have a pet or a mount, then you should go to the stables! The Gardener likes to look after animals. They will be safe there! :D

A secret from me… Sometimes she lets you pet the animals…

You can always wander the halls. Sometimes it can get dark at night, but if you get lost I can help!! I’ll make sure to bring an extra candle :)

I don’t like the taste of alcohol – but if you do, here’s where you can get our finest bottle of wine. It’s a bit cold and dark, but the wine could be a good gift!

This room is also a bit cold and dark… but somebody said it would be an infirmary soon? That sounds nice! I don’t want anyone getting hurt :(

And of course, you can always spend time in your bedroom! They're really nice suites, with big beds and armchairs and sofas… I'm sure you and any guests will be really cosy! :D
