Dear Electors, 

I hope you are all settling in well and are excited for our next meeting. I have little to report, I’m glad you are all being so well-behaved. I do have a few reminders to give though:

Please do not venture too far into the brambles; we are sequestered here until a new Fate is elected. Somebody was found injured in a panic yesterday, and we want to avoid repeating such a situation. I know this may be scary but everything is fine, you have nothing to fear here. 

Please do not damage any of the furniture. While myself and the other Palace staff want you to feel as comfortable as possible here, we ask that you do not intentionally damage Palace property. We're aware of the rearranging of some rooms recently, and are discussing our position, but for now the Palace wants you to feel at home. 

Please do not enter off-limits areas of the Palace. They are yet to be tidied and we do not want anyone tripping and hurting themselves. It's also far too easy to get lost without a guide. 

I am pleased that you have all arrived and settled in. Again, if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask me. I’ll be happy to answer your questions to the best of my ability (election-related or otherwise).
